On Ep #53, the boys decided to play a quick game of War, but this time, they went outside the 80s. Troy choose 1977 and Randy choose 1978. And they decided to bring on their sisters, Sara and Renee, as special guest judges. Songs by Van Halen, Foreigner, Queen, AC/DC, The Who and more have been shuffled for a game of War.

Prowess Rocks. Did you hear us? Prowess Rocks. What a great band this week being showcased. This North Carolina based band is a throwback to the sounds that rocked in Troy's old Zephyr in 1985. Sit back and prepare to get hammered by the long lost Unicorn.

Once again, Randy and Troy explore songs they would like to see covered by other artists. Some of these songs are classics and others are deeper cuts. The boys have songs by: Queensrÿche, Fastway, Quiet Riot, Iron Maiden and more on tap to be covered. Some of the bands they choose to redo the new versions include: Ace Frehley, Fozzy, Dangerous Toys, Dokken and a boat load more.

You wanna hear some killer guitar? How about vocals that just grab you and pull you in? How about a backbone of drums and bass, which hold it down? Well then you want to listen to Psycho Hill, the band we are showcasing this week. This Post-Hardcore band out of New York is a band which is Dynamic, Powerful and NOW.

Imagine if every answer you gave to a question, you had to answer with a song title or a lyric from the legendary band out of Australia, the one and only AC/DC. Well Randy and Troy did just that in Ep #51. They call it, "My Life as an AC/DC song" and you will love the questions and the answers to boot. Many of the song titles are some classic deep cuts by the band, who has rocked the world since 1973. So get ready for the 21-gun/question salute, FOR THOSE ABOUT TO ROCK...FIRE!!

Out of the Primordial Ooze comes Doomsday Outlaw!! A ten-legged Armageddon machine rolling out of darkest Derbyshire, spitting heavy riffs and heavier grooves in all directions. Tales of hope and despair to bang your head to and lose your voice. Get ready to have your day made, by listening to this band.

For the 50th Episode, Troy and Randy decided to head out to the ballpark and talk about the top 20 Jock Jams. Who doesn't like hearing those songs which not only get the teams pumped, but the fans as well. Now these songs are not just Metal or Rock, but songs everyone knows when they go to an arena, stadium or baseball diamond. Songs from artists like Eminem, Queen, Guns and Roses, House of Pain, Ozzy Osbourne, and so many more. So grab a cold drink, a hotdog and get ready to get pumped up for Jock Jams.

All the way from France, comes the band Highway. These are four guys who sold their souls to Rock'n'Roll to make you sing, dance and headbang. We are showcasing two songs by the band and one of them has the legendary Jeff Scott Soto on it, so you don't want to miss hearing it.

Just like the card game war, Troy and Randy line up 12 of the best songs from 1986 and 1989 and battle each other. To ensure fairness, they brought in none other then the guy who provides the intro music each week for Ouch You're on my Hair, the one and only Jeff Leppard, from Retro Shred music to judge. This contest gets really hard when you have bands like Motley Crue, Europe, LA Guns, Whitesnake, Van Halen and more battling each other song vs song. Who will win?

Joe Mansman and The Midnight Revival Band are a 5 piece from northern New York, heavily impelled by Outlaw Rock and Roll, Blues, and more. Their sound is something no other band showcased has sounded like and we are sure you will love them, as we do. The band's only aim: To have a notoriously good time and take the whole place down with them.

2018 has arrived and Troy and Randy know what the future holds for many of your favorite Heavy Metal and Rock-n-Roll bands. We are talking people like Gene Simmons of Kiss, Carmine and Vinny Appice, Axl and Slash of Guns and Roses, even Sebastian Bach, plus many more. Check out Episode #48 and see what predictions the boys have in store (and how many they get right).

Coming out of the great big state of Texas is the band Roaring Truth. This band rocks hard and they go back to the 80s sound of Heavy Metal, with a touch of Thrash with their sound. Imagine Judas Priest meets Anthrax and they have a child. You will love this band, we do!!

Ep #46 brings back the 6th edition, of the popular game, "You Can't Play This" with special guest Timothy Gaines, to play along with Troy and Randy. Tim, the former bass player of Stryper, talks about what 2018 brings with his current bands, Of Gods and Monsters, Sons of Metal, and Faith's Edge. Can these three guys agree on what songs to take off the setlists of bands like Van Halen, Black Sabbath, Journey, Cinderella and many more? Listen to find out.

Ouch You're on my Hair is proud to bring you a brand new song by the band Swirl out of Southern California. Swirl is no stranger to this podcast, as they have been on before and they still ROCK!! The new song "The Lift" is featured, along with the song "Spell" on this episode. You do not want to pass up hearing this AWESOME band.

On Ep #45, Randy and Troy continue where they left off with 1981 vs 1991 with special guest judge Chris Hager (Rough Cutt). The score is 5-3 with Randy leading. Can Troy catch up and win? The last seven rounds have some real classics from both years in this game, which resembles the card game War.

In a first, OuchYOMH is proud to showcase two more songs by the Ugly Kings, who you heard last episode. If you somehow missed them on the last episode, trust me you want to go back and listen and then listen to them again, with two additional songs on this episode.

Remember the card game War? Well Troy and Randy decided to play it with songs. Randy has 1981 and Troy has 1991. Each had to come up with 15 songs from their year. They brought in special judge Chris Hager (guitar player from Rough Cutt). The show is beyond anything the boys have done in the past and you will enjoy hearing Chris' take on each song the boys battle each other on.

The Ugly Kings are a striped down, heavy blues influenced band from Australia. This band has some really cool guitar hooks, a wicked bottom-end (Bass and Drums) and vocals which remind you of the White Stripes, The Black Keys and a touch of the Doors. Sit back and be entranced by this band.
